it is our subsidiary SAFIRELEC who is in charge of building electrical panels. In a workshop of 1000m², SAFIRELEC realizes all type of low voltage cabinet.
- LV SWICHBOARD.
These cabinets are used to power other low voltage cabinets as low voltage switchboards, MCC cabinets or PLC cabinets. It houses several incoming feeder managed by an automatic switchover system, and several outgoing feeders connected to a busbar sized according to the required load. They are equipped with a datalogger for measuring parameters voltage / current / active power réative power … and a set of signaling and control devices. We use all the SIEMENS range of product for this type of cabinet (enclosure, circuit breakers, inverter, datalogger).
- MCC CABINETS
These cabinets are used to power electrical motors. It generally contains a main incoming feeder either by circuit breaker or switch and several outgoing feeders with circuit breakers, contactors, soft starters or frequency converters all connected to a busbar sized according to required load. Also, we use the full range of SIEMENS products (circuit breakers, contactors, soft starters and frequency converters)
- Low Voltage Cabinets
These cabinets are used to power on-site utilities such as lighting, power outlets, heating, air conditioning, overhead crane …. They generally contain a circuit breaker and a series of outgoing feeder by circuit breakers.
- Marshalling cabinet
These cabinets are used for the mixing of signals between the junction boxes on site and the inputs and outputs of the PLC cards. These cabinets contain terminals that are organized in the same manner as in the junction boxes on site, and terminal blocks which are organized by function cards inputs and outputs of the PLC. Depending on the allocation of inputs and outputs connections are drawn between the two types of terminals. These cabinets can also contain IS barriers, relays, signal converters. All IS signals must be segregated from non-IS signals. These signals are recognizable as all terminals, the wires and the cable duct are blue.
- PLC Cabinets
These cabinets are dedicated to receive a PLC and its components namely racks (CPU and input-output) and the connection plates inputs outputs. These cabinets contain for most circuit breakers of different components, 24V DC power supplies, relays, control devices (push buttons and LEDs), a man-machine interface. Integration will be different if there is a safety system with redundant power supplies, forced ventilation, segregation, easy accessibility …
- Cabinets networks
These cabinets are used for the integration of network equipment. They are generally of 19 inches and with a front door window. It houses PC servers, modems, monitors and catch 230Vac.
- Industrial boxes
These boxes are devices dedicated to different industrial applications such as boiler, local controls, junction boxes …. It houses standard components fuse type circuit breaker but also relays, PLCs or remote outputs input modules , organs of controls (push buttons, switches, LEDs) terminals.
- Specific cabinets and boxes
For the needs of some applications, cabinets meet ATEX standards are required. We can integrate pressurized enclosure types (EEXP), cabinets in increased safety (EEx e) and explosion-proof enclosures (EEx d)
All our cabinets are made with the utmost care and respect for the rules of art. We strive to provide optimum quality. All cabinets are labeled, all equipment inside and on the front door are identified, all son are identified, the implementation would also consider accessibility components to facilitate maintenance operations and connection on site. All our cabinets are tested before shipment in accordance with a test procedure. All power equipment are all tightening been verified and screws marked.
